Where do my courses and packs appear after I pay?
Your courses live in My Courses. Your downloadable files live in My Packs. Find both in your account after payment is confirmed. My Courses · My Packs
Which payment methods can I use?
Mobile money with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or HaloPesa, which you approve on your phone. You can also pay by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit card.
I paid, but I can't see my purchase.
Confirmation can take a moment. Check My Courses or My Packs again. If it is still missing, write to us with the phone number or email you paid with and roughly when you paid.
